Text: Mathew 28:1-8
This season is a season of hope for you knowing that no matter what comes your way, whatever you are facing at the moment, it will not last because your 3rd day is coming.
Are you down at the moment, endure it, third day is coming, you will raise again.
Are you fainting, almost losing your faith? Hold on a little. because your third day is coming, you will raise again
Have you lost everything; your relationship, mental health, business or your job? Waite a bit more, your third day is nearer. You will raise again
Do you feel defeated and rejected? Don’t give up, your third day is coming
Do you feel like a failure and alone? Hold on a little bit, your third day is coming
What happened on the third day?
- There was a great earthquake
- The angel of the Lord descends down from heaven
- The angel rolls away the stone
- The angel sat on the stone
- Jesus Christ rose on the third day
- His tomb is empty
- With great joy the women went out to tell the news of Christ resurrection
The enemy thought on the first day when Jesus was crucified and died that he will not raise again, the enemy thought hope was lost, he thought that Jesus has been defeated, he thought there was no way for him to rise or his body stolen, the enemy did everything to be sure that there will not be anything like raising, the enemy was rejoicing thinking he finally won.
The first day was painful, the second day was totally dark and lonely but on the third there was a violent earthquake, Jesus rose from the dead, the grave was empty!
Cheer up your third day is coming
Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, The Lord will be a light to me. (Micah 7:8)
There is victory for you on the third day
After two days He will revive us; On the third day He will raise us up, That we may live in His sight. (Hosea 6:2)
Thank God, there are miracles on the 3rd day, there is raising on the third day, there is victory on the third day. Hold on a little while, your third day is coming!
